The deadline for the Call for Proposals in Renewable Energy Sources expired on 14 February 2011
A new Call for Proposals in the key areas of Business Cooperation & Trade Facilitation together with sectoral actions in Road Transport as well as, Tourism&Culture is envisaged to be announced.
Legal entities wishing to submit an application to BSEC-HDF should carefully read:
- The specific Call for Proposals
- The Guidelines for Grant Applicants
- The Terms of Reference and Guidelines of BSEC-HDF (2008)
The BSEC 18th Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs, held in Kyiv on 17 April 2007, agreed on the establishment of the ‘BSEC Hellenic Development Fund - HDF’, according to article 26 of the BSEC Charter.
The 21st BSEC Council in Baky on 22 October appointed the BSEC-HDF Manager following which the Fund fully launched its operations on 1st November 2009.
