1. PROJECT DEVELOPMENT FUND (PDF)

The Project Development Fund has a new Manual of Operations as of 23 October 2008.

The new Manual was adopted by the 19th Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the BSEC Member States in Tirana on 23 October 2008.

The Steering Committee of the Project Development Fund (Istanbul, 1st July 2009) finalized the PDF technical documents (PDF Standard Application, General Conditions for the PDF Grant etc) so that they comply with the new Manual of Operations.
